We want you to be completely happy with your Eventovias design. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your purchase, or
• Contact our support team and we'll help you raise the refund request with Paddle.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

When a refund is processed, access to the corresponding design will be removed from your account. Any published share links for that design will stop working.
